Brazil has been wearing yellow home jerseys since 1954, but over the past six decades, the jerseys have not always been the same yellow. This year, the team will wear the "Samba Golden" jersey, which is more dynamic than the yellow jerseys of the past two decades.
To determine the exact hue, the designers took a color card to the Football Museum in Sao Paulo and carefully compared the yellow to match the jersey used in Mexico in 1970, the first time fans around the world. The World Cup as seen on color TV.
